About the Role

You will lead product discovery and decide which problems should be prioritized. You will own the product vision, problem definitions, OKRs, and roadmap for Matrix. You will manage internal customer demand, service agreements, and capacity constraints. You will improve data trust, discoverability, GDPR compliance, deletion capabilities, DORA resilience, and data accessibility for AI use.

Responsibilities

Run product discovery and prioritize problems based on user, business, and regulatory impact
Build and communicate the product vision, problem definitions, OKRs, and roadmap for Matrix
Manage internal customer demand, service agreements, request sequencing, and capacity constraints
Own data trust and discoverability, including GDPR compliance, the deletion engine, and DORA operational resilience
Make data accessible, governed, and ready for AI use
