About the Role
Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise merchants, build relationships with key contacts, align stakeholders, provide strategic payments advice, collaborate cross-functionally, and deliver merchant projects. Requirements
- Proven commercial edge and entrepreneurial drive
- Experience working with enterprise accounts
- Ability to lead strategic payments conversations, present business reviews, and coordinate high-level technical discussions
- Strong business acumen and analytical abilities
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects across departments
- Professional written and verbal proficiency in English and Portuguese
Responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise merchants while meeting strategic and financial goals
- Build strong merchant relationships and align external and internal stakeholders
- Provide strategic and consultative advice on global payments strategy
- Collaborate cross-functionally on merchant feedback, product innovation, and merchant projects
