About the Role

Manage enterprise customer relationships, provide payments expertise, identify commercial and expansion opportunities, lead strategic discussions, coordinate projects across stakeholders and teams, use data to communicate insights, support customer growth, and advocate for customer needs internally.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in hospitality and managing merchant relationships within the Portuguese market.
  • Experience in account management, consulting, payments, enterprise software, technical infrastructure, or financial services.
  • Full professional proficiency in Portuguese and English.
  • Strategic payment conversation and technical discussion experience.
  • Analytical and business acumen.
  • Project prioritization and management experience.
  • This role is based out of the Madrid office in a hybrid workplace; remote-only work is not offered.
  • Some domestic and international travel is required.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong customer relationships and align internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drive commercial discussions and achieve strategic and financial account targets.
  • Provide payment expertise, education, and guidance to customers.
  • Use data to communicate compelling customer insights.
  • Prioritize and execute short- and long-term projects across accounts.
  • Advocate for customer needs internally.
  • Identify expansion opportunities and additional value-adding products.
