About the Role

You will engage prospects and customers about their initiatives, helping them develop a more efficient approach by leveraging the Dataiku platform (DSS). You'll own the entire sales cycle while tapping into various company resources to build successful collaborations with prospects, and you'll work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Management and Engineering to drive customer success.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years' experience in software field sales, or other relevant sales experience
  • Proven experience selling into Enterprise accounts, with a strong focus on the Retail and Telecoms sectors
  • Background in selling innovation and new concepts to large enterprises
  • Strong ability to develop a vision match with prospects and customers, to develop alignment across different groups and cultivate champions
  • Good articulation of competitive positioning
  • Domain expertise in big data, analytics, data science, BI/DW, data integration preferred
  • Advanced interpersonal communication skills
  • Adaptable with a growth mindset

Responsibilities

  • Educate customers on the value of Dataiku in a thoughtful way
  • Drive revenue through proactive outreach to existing customers
  • Provide recommendations based on a customer's business needs and usage patterns
  • Manage multiple customers simultaneously at various stages of the Dataiku buying cycle
  • Develop a C-Level vision match with prospects and customers to build alignment across groups and cultivate champions
  • Sell innovation and new concepts to large enterprises
  • Handle inbound customer communication and organize/escalate issues appropriately, including billing, legal, security, and technical inquiries
