About the Role
You will lead the UI Platform team responsible for frontend developer experience and the feature delivery lifecycle. You will recruit and develop talent, establish processes for product strategy, build high-quality operable software, and manage technical debt and long-term architecture decisions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on web frontend development experience
- Experience with React-based applications
- 2+ years leading and managing a high-performing engineering team
- Knowledge of infrastructure, tooling, developer productivity, or performance optimization
- Experience mentoring, coaching, and developing engineers
- Experience improving team efficiency and code quality
- Experience setting and achieving team goals
- Experience managing distributed teams
