About the Role
You will build and lead a product engineering team, set technical direction, and raise the bar for UI quality, performance, reliability, and product polish. You will evolve frontend architecture, shape the roadmap with Product and Design, and deliver scalable product capabilities for prompt experimentation, review, and LLM analysis.
Requirements
- Experience building, managing, and scaling high-performing engineering teams
- Experience recruiting engineers and developing leaders
- Product judgment and UI craft
- Expertise in modern web applications
- Experience with TypeScript, React, SQL, and Next.js
- Experience building sophisticated data-intensive products
- Ability to make architecture decisions
- Experience with startups or AI is valuable
Responsibilities
