About the Role
You will lead the evolution of web-client foundations, including client architecture, performance, reliability, and shared design systems. You will set strategy, develop senior engineers and managers, facilitate planning, maintain a high quality bar, own execution, and help shape engineering practices, recruiting, onboarding, and prioritization.

- Help develop engineering practices, recruiting and onboarding strategy, and planning processes
