About the Role
You will lead full-stack engineering pods building embedded product surfaces and their integrations. You will deliver agentic workflows, partner with Product and Design on roadmaps, improve reliability and latency, contribute to code and architecture reviews, and hire and develop engineers.
Requirements
- Have 3–5 years of software engineering management experience leading full-stack product engineering teams
- Have 5–7 years of experience as a full-stack or backend product engineer
- Have experience with modern frontend frameworks and backend systems
- Have experience leading engineering teams and shipping user-facing products
- Be able to partner with Product and Design
- Have experience with Office add-ins, extension platforms, integrations, or LLM-powered product features
Responsibilities
- Lead full-stack engineering pods building embedded product surfaces and integrations
- Deliver agentic experiences and legal-work workflows
- Partner with Product and Design on quarterly roadmaps
- Drive reliability, latency, and cost-per-query improvements
