About the Role
You will lead backend and frontend engineers building AI applications. You will turn product requirements into a technical roadmap, partner with product managers, designers, and ML engineers, ship and maintain scalable features, contribute across the stack, and develop your engineering team.
Requirements
- Experience working with non-technical product managers
- Experience managing engineering teams and resolving conflict
- Track record of delivering high-quality software
- Experience building, shipping, and maintaining production-ready AI-first applications
- Full-stack coding ability
- Experience deploying cloud-based and on-premises applications
- English communication skills
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage backend and frontend engineers
- Act as the primary interface between Product and Engineering
- Transform product requirements into an end-to-end technical roadmap
- Design, build, ship, and maintain scalable application features
- Make technical decisions that balance velocity, depth, and quality
- Contribute across the stack to build features, fix bugs, and optimize performance
- Foster continuous improvement and innovation within the team
