About the Role
You will lead engineers who build and ship AI agents from initial implementation through continuous improvement. You will work with enterprise customers to develop scalable solutions, guide deployment execution and technical strategy, mentor engineers, and maintain a high engineering quality bar.
Requirements
- 1+ years of engineering management experience
- 5+ years of software engineering industry experience
- Python proficiency
- TypeScript proficiency
- Asynchronous programming proficiency
- Experience leading teams building distributed systems or customer-facing products
- Experience diagnosing system failures in deep technology stacks
- Experience working directly with enterprise customers
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow engineers building AI agents
- Partner with enterprise customers to translate operational needs into scalable AI-agent solutions
- Drive agent deployments from implementation through iteration and optimization
- Partner with product, design, and research on platform evolution
- Define technical strategy and roadmap for AI-powered customer support
- Mentor engineers through technical guidance, feedback, and career development
- Maintain a high engineering bar
