About the Role
You will lead the ingestion organization, deliver against milestones with product leadership, and shape its structure and technical architecture. You will manage technical debt, build and operate scalable cloud services, participate in technical and product discussions, and coach emerging leaders.
Requirements
- 10+ years of industry experience building and supporting large-scale distributed systems
- Experience building, growing, and managing high-performance teams
- Ability to attract and hire engineers
- Experience building and running cloud platforms or the ability to quickly learn SaaS concepts
- Experience collaborating with product management and customers
- Ability to understand product and customer personas
