About the Role
You will lead and scale engineering across monetization infrastructure and product-led growth. You will own payments, subscriptions, billing, AI usage tracking, pricing, onboarding, activation, lifecycle, notification, and messaging systems. You will guide experiments and durable platform development, partner across functions, mentor engineers, and contribute to engineering leadership.

Responsibilities
- Lead and scale engineering across monetization infrastructure and product-led growth
- Own payment integrations, subscription management, billing, AI usage tracking, crediting, and pricing systems
- Own onboarding, activation, discovery, lifecycle, notification, and messaging experiences
- Partner with product, design, data, and engineering on funnel improvements
- Build a team that delivers experiments and durable shared systems
- Mentor, coach, and develop engineers
- Identify and address broader engineering and EPD opportunities or misalignment
