About the Role
You will lead backend, web, iOS, and Android engineers working on revenue products. You will set the roadmap and engineering plan, develop experimentation infrastructure and instrumentation, guide architectural decisions, hire engineers, and assess AI-enabled engineering workflows.
Requirements
- 2+ years managing engineers
- Full-stack engineering experience
- Product and commercial judgment
- Experience with data-driven experimentation
- Experience forming hypotheses and selecting metrics
- Hiring and organization-building ability
- Cross-functional leadership
- Eligibility to work in the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow backend, web, iOS, and Android engineers
- Set the revenue roadmap with product, data science, and engineering partners
- Create hiring plans, execution milestones, and operating cadence
- Invest in experimentation infrastructure and instrumentation
- Guide architecture based on system constraints
- Test and assess AI-enabled engineering workflows
