About the Role
You will lead engineers building scalable infrastructure, services, client libraries, and operational tools across cloud environments. You will hire and develop engineers, establish technical standards through architecture reviews and testing, build long-term roadmaps with leadership, and coordinate execution across teams.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience with large-scale distributed systems
- Experience with testing, monitoring, and service-level agreements
- Experience leading and scaling software engineering teams
- Experience managing software engineers
- Experience partnering with product management, sales, and customers
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field
