About the Role
You will lead and grow an embedded software team, own its roadmap, and deliver portable core libraries and platform abstractions. You will guide platform integration, deliver functional-safety-certified libraries, coach engineers, contribute to architecture and code reviews, and implement critical software components.
Requirements
- Experience managing and developing software engineers.
- Experience in embedded system development.
- Experience with C++ or Rust for embedded systems.
- Experience delivering software in safety- or quality-conscious environments.
- Familiarity with ASPICE and MISRA.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate with stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow an embedded software team.

- Drive development of portable core libraries and platform abstractions.
- Guide reference-platform adaptation and integration.
- Deliver automotive functional-safety-certified production libraries.
