About the Role
You will build and operate highly available platforms that serve multiple products across regions and clouds. You will hire and develop engineers, establish technical standards, build a long-term roadmap, and coordinate platform work with product teams.
Requirements
- Experience hiring and developing talent, particularly leaders
- Experience creating processes that improve velocity and quality
- 2+ years of experience managing teams that build and operate high-volume distributed systems in a SaaS environment
- 5+ years of experience with distributed systems and platforms and services serving multiple product teams and customers
- Experience scaling engineering teams from 5 to 20+
- Experience working with product management, customer success, and engineering teams
- BS or higher in Computer Science or a related field
