About the Role
You will lead the engineering effort to bring an early-alpha distributed financial system to production. You will contribute directly to feature architecture and implementation, harden security and stability, improve performance, design financial primitives and market mechanisms, and lead and grow the engineering team.
Requirements
- 10+ years of engineering experience
- Deep background in trading or financial infrastructure with an emphasis on systems engineering
- Hands-on experience contributing to feature architecture and implementation
- Experience leading engineering teams that developed and operated large systems
- Low-level systems programming and low-latency networking experience
- Rust familiarity
- Experience building and operating distributed systems with high liveness requirements
