About the Role
You will lead the engineering team responsible for Data Feeds infrastructure. You will set clear ownership, turn strategic priorities into engineering roadmaps, guide architectural and operational decisions, coach senior engineers and technical leads, and improve planning, reliability, and cross-team execution.
Requirements
- Experience building and operating production blockchain infrastructure at scale
- Technical leadership and engineering judgment
- Engineering planning, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration
- Experience building and operating highly available customer-facing production infrastructure
- Understanding of blockchain or oracle infrastructure, backend platform architecture, and operational best practices
- Experience leading, coaching, and developing experienced software engineers and technical leaders
- Communication and stakeholder management skills
