About the Role
You will own the statement-of-work process from scoping through sales. You will scope AI Agent and core-platform deployments, drive services bookings, partner on commercial decisions, and create repeatable templates and pricing processes that support scalable delivery.
Requirements
- 4 to 10 years of professional services experience
- At least 2 years of scoping and selling services engagements
- Track record of driving services attach and bookings
- Technical fluency for complex deployment scoping
- Conversational AI or contact-center AI experience preferred
- Experience pricing and defending services value with enterprise customers
- Deal desk or commercial-contracting exposure preferred
Responsibilities
- Own the statement-of-work process from scoping through services sales
- Scope AI Agent and core-platform deployments
- Drive services attach and bookings on new and expansion deals
- Partner with Sales, Deal Desk, and Product to move deals efficiently
- Build repeatable processes, templates, and pricing logic
