About the Role
You will draft and review legislative language, regulatory comments, and legal memoranda. You will provide amicus support for litigation involving permitting reform, energy regulation, and critical infrastructure, and advise policy staff on regulatory and statutory issues.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of Hill experience, agency practice, appellate or amicus work, or a related field
- Experience in energy, environmental, or administrative law
- Track record of drafting legislative language, regulatory comments, or amicus briefs
- Experience working with congressional staff, federal agencies, or public-interest litigants
- Familiarity with permitting, energy infrastructure, or critical-minerals regulation
- Ability to frequently navigate multiple flights of stairs throughout the workday in a multi-story facility without elevator access
