About the Role

You will develop and execute employer-brand and recruitment-marketing programs, improve digital presence, and create content and campaigns. You will build external partnerships, manage recruitment events, measure results, create HR analytics and reporting, identify AI and automation opportunities, and lead employee communications.

Requirements

  • Availability to work four times per week from the Jerusalem office
  • Native-level written and verbal English and Hebrew fluency
  • 5–8 years of experience in employer branding, talent marketing, recruitment marketing, HR analytics, or related fields
  • Experience in a high-growth global technology company
  • Experience creating content and campaigns and executing strategic initiatives
  • Experience in reporting and HR data
  • Experience using digital platforms and AI tools
  • Project management skills for cross-functional initiatives

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the Israeli employer-brand strategy
  • Improve digital employer presence across digital channels
  • Lead recruitment-marketing campaigns and create employer-brand content
  • Build relationships with universities, professional communities, and external partners
  • Plan and manage participation in recruitment events, conferences, meetups, hackathons, and community initiatives
  • Measure employer-brand effectiveness and optimize results
  • Design and maintain HR dashboards, executive reporting, and workforce analytics
  • Analyze talent-marketing trends and provide recommendations
  • Identify AI and automation opportunities across HR processes, reporting, and content creation
  • Manage employee communication channels and support quarterly All Hands communications
  • Develop manager communication toolkits and adapt global messaging for local needs
