About the Role
You will coordinate UK campaigns from planning through delivery, keep timelines on track, and draft copy and creative briefs. You will support sponsorships, social activity, events, partner coordination, invoice administration, and use AI tools for drafting, research, editing, and workflow improvements.
Requirements
- Knowledge of design and video sufficient to brief designers and videographers
- Copywriting and editing skills
- Ability to use AI tools while applying critical judgement
- Familiarity with CRM or email marketing platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus
- 1–3 years of experience in a marketing assistant or junior marketing manager role
- Ability to commute to the Canary Wharf office 3 days per week
- Native or fluent English
Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end UK marketing campaigns and maintain campaign roadmaps and timelines
- Draft copy for emails, landing pages, and notifications
- Write creative briefs for designers and videographers
- Support Loud Investing activations, sponsorships, and podcast production
- Coordinate internal stakeholders and external partners
- Support social media content and posting
- Support campaign-related events and sports activations
- Process invoices and payment administration for campaigns, suppliers, and partners
