About the Role
You will lead complex employee relations cases from intake through resolution, including performance management, investigations, grievances, disciplinary matters, dismissals, and exits. You will advise leads through difficult conversations, partner with legal counsel on risk, track case trends, and create playbooks, training, templates, and self-service workflows.

Responsibilities
- Lead formal performance processes from end to end.
- Conduct fair, well-documented investigations into misconduct allegations, grievances, and complaints.
- Manage disciplinary, dismissal, and exit matters and draft outcomes and communications.
- Partner with in-house and outside employment counsel to assess risk.
- Triage incoming cases using clear escalation criteria.
- Maintain case logs and report patterns, risks, and trends.
- Build playbooks, templates, and training for leads.
- Build self-service employee relations workflows for leads.
- Partner with People Operations and Compliance on terminations, local requirements, and compliance workflows.
