About the Role

As an Employee Relations Business Partner, you will support day-to-day employee relations operations, assist in investigations, track feedback, compile data, coordinate training initiatives, maintain compliant case records in HR Acuity, manage severance and accommodation logistics, and respond to ER inquiries.

Requirements

  • 10 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in employee relations or HR business partner roles
  • Ability to collaborate across organizational levels and departments
  • Knowledge of core HR practices and state and federal employment laws
  • Familiarity with performance management, corrective action, and conflict resolution
  • Ability to navigate complex conversations and provide objective input
  • Ability to analyze people data and translate insights into recommendations
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
  • Experience with HR tools and case management systems such as HR Acuity

Responsibilities

  • Align employee relations policies with legal requirements and company values
  • Assist with tracking feedback, conducting research, compiling data, and coordinating stakeholder updates
  • Prepare resources, schedule meetings, and track follow-ups for cross-functional partners
  • Assist in ER investigations and observe interviews under senior team guidance
  • Support ER-related training initiatives with Learning & Development and Legal
  • Prepare training materials and manage session logistics
  • Maintain HR Acuity case records and produce routine reports
  • Ensure documentation meets compliance standards
  • Assist with severance agreements and accommodation logistics
  • Monitor the ER inbox, respond to standard inquiries, and escalate complex matters
