About the Role

As an Employee Relations Business Partner, you will support the day-to-day employee relations operations, helping to maintain a fair, compliant, and supportive workplace. You will assist in ER investigations and observe interviews under the guidance of senior team members, track feedback, conduct research, and compile data for internal stakeholders. You will prepare resources, schedule meetings, and track follow-ups for cross-functional partners. You will collaborate with Learning & Development and Legal to support ER-related training initiatives, preparing materials and managing logistics for sessions on investigations, policy adherence, and performance management. You will maintain accurate case records in HR Acuity, produce routine reports, and ensure documentation meets compliance standards. You will also assist in managing severance agreements and accommodation logistics, and monitor the ER team inbox, responding to standard inquiries and escalating complex matters as needed.

Requirements

  • 10 years of HR experience, including a minimum of 3 years in employee relations or HR business partner roles in dynamic, high-growth environments
  • Ability to collaborate across levels and departments to support ER strategies and outcomes
  • Knowledge of core HR practices and employment laws at both the state and federal level
  • Familiarity with ER areas such as performance management, corrective action, and conflict resolution
  • Ability to navigate complex conversations and provide objective input
  • Ability to analyze people data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail
  • Experience with HR tools, including case management systems (e.g., HR Acuity)
