About the Role
You will lead the safe, reliable operation of electronics laboratories. You will manage equipment, infrastructure, ESD controls, goods movement, maintenance, and technical readiness while establishing standards, supporting lab setups, coordinating specialist services, and leading technicians.
Requirements
- Technical understanding of electronic test equipment, laboratory infrastructure, setup, calibration, and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of ESD prevention, control systems, audits, and training
- Understanding of health and safety requirements in electronics laboratories
- Ability to plan, configure, and support technical laboratory setups with engineering teams
- Experience coordinating subcontractors for maintenance, calibration, upgrades, or specialist services
- Leadership skills to manage and mentor technicians
