About the Role

You will lead early-career recruitment for Trading roles, including undergraduate and graduate hiring. You will source quantitative talent through trading competitions, poker tournaments, industry events, academic programs, and student organizations. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle through Super Day and offers, partner with trading leaders on candidate criteria, represent internship programs, analyze engagement results, and improve recruiting processes.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably with intern, entry-level, and early-career talent pools in fintech, professional services, or financial firms
  • Ability to manage full-cycle recruiting, including resume review, phone screens, interview scheduling and facilitation, and offer calls
  • Success recruiting at multiple universities in highly competitive markets, ideally in quantitative trading, proprietary trading, or finance
  • Ability to engage with quantitative and markets-adjacent concepts including probability, statistics, and game theory
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to travel during peak fall and spring campus recruiting periods
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects, meet deadlines, and facilitate change
  • Analytical, organizational, decision-making, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Experience coordinating in-person and virtual recruiting events and activities
  • Ability to work with and present recruitment and market data, reporting, and analytics
  • Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

  • Execute the early-career recruitment strategy for the Trading Department
  • Represent Belvedere at collegiate trading competitions, poker tournaments, and industry networking events
  • Build relationships with campus trading groups, investment clubs, and quantitative and finance student organizations
  • Build pipelines with financial mathematics, financial engineering, quantitative research, applied mathematics, and statistics programs
  • Manage full-cycle campus recruiting from application through Super Day and offer stage
  • Partner with Trading hiring managers on sourcing strategies and candidate evaluation criteria
  • Represent internship programs during campus visits and virtual open houses
  • Analyze engagement efforts and strategic partnership results
  • Provide a high-touch candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Measure recruiting results and improve processes, systematization, and automation
