About the Role

You will design and deliver early-career learning and development programs in Singapore and across APAC offices. You will partner with business leaders, manage campus talent processes, develop educational programming, support onboarding and performance management, coordinate operational tasks, and improve the early-career lifecycle.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in Talent Development, Learning Development, Campus Recruitment, or HR Business Partner roles
  • Experience working with campus or early-career talent
  • Experience in financial services, quantitative trading, hedge funds, or high-performance technology environments
  • Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Leadership experience in people or project management
  • Experience diagnosing development needs and designing support initiatives
  • Strong business acumen and ability to manage changing priorities
  • Strong documentation and data fluency
  • Experience with Workday, learning management systems, and Excel spreadsheets
  • Reliable and predictable availability

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute early-career talent programs
  • Partner with business leaders to understand talent needs
  • Manage campus talent mobility processes
  • Develop educational programming and development initiatives
  • Align program structures, evaluation processes, conversion strategies, and retention strategies
  • Manage interns and full-time campus hires during onboarding and project work
  • Set goals and conduct one-on-one meetings
  • Deliver feedback and coach mentors
  • Coordinate onboarding, scheduling, communications, equipment, vendors, and materials
  • Pilot and improve early-career lifecycle solutions
