About the Role
You will configure and optimize Jira and Confluence, establish documentation governance, and manage product documentation throughout its lifecycle. You will create and validate technical and safety content, support certification and CE compliance, coordinate stakeholders, maintain release-aligned versioning, and manage documentation platforms, formats, translations, and localization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial engineering, technical documentation, quality management, or a related field
- At least 5 years of document management or process management experience in a mechatronic production environment
- Experience configuring and administering Jira and Confluence
- Experience in technical documentation or technical communication
- Knowledge of product documentation, information architecture, and documentation workflows
- Experience in cross-functional engineering environments
- Knowledge of documentation tools
- Knowledge of change management, version control, release procedures, and traceability
- Experience with R&D and production or manufacturing interfaces
- Experience managing SOP releases and production documentation readiness
- Advanced PowerPoint skills
- Experience in mechatronic or electromechanical production environments
- Fluent Chinese and English language skills
Responsibilities
- Configure, administer, and optimize Jira and Confluence
- Define and enforce documentation governance processes
- Manage product documentation including manuals, guides, specifications, reports, and lifecycle records
- Define documentation strategy, standards, and best practices
- Ensure documentation complies with DIN, ISO, and international standards
- Apply IEC/IEEE 82079-1 principles to instructions for use
- Develop and review safety instructions, hazard warnings, and risk mitigation content
- Support certification, regulatory, legal, CE marking, and safety compliance activities
- Establish documentation validation and review processes with subject matter experts
- Manage the documentation lifecycle from information gathering through maintenance
- Maintain versioning aligned with hardware and software releases
- Manage documentation platforms, tooling, translation, and localization
