About the Role

You will provide administrative support for distribution and user-growth operations. You will manage distributor administration, supplies, dashboards, reports, payroll files, contracts, interim-firm coordination, technical issue follow-up, and training arrangements. You will also identify data inconsistencies and support field teams with required materials and access.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of administrative operations experience in payroll, performance, or training
  • Fluency in French and a local language
  • Completed university degree
  • Administration or HR/payroll experience
  • Note-taking skills
  • Spreadsheet skills
  • Google Maps experience
  • Organizational skills
  • Communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Support user growth and distribution teams
  • Ensure distributors are recruited and managed according to internal policies
  • Request, dispatch, and track distribution supplies
  • Serve as an administrative contact for interim firms and distributors
  • Develop performance-monitoring dashboards
  • Produce weekly and monthly reports
  • Identify operational-data inconsistencies
  • Activate and deactivate distributors
  • Verify distributor attendance
  • Share distributor performance with supervisors
  • Calculate bonuses and prepare payment files
  • Manage interim-firm partner relationships, invoices, and payment recharges
  • Maintain distributor contracts and timely payments
  • Troubleshoot distributor technical issues
  • Support recruitment and training arrangements
  • Coordinate alignment sessions and priority follow-up
  • Manage distributor access to relevant platforms
  • Dispatch and track stationery and merchandising materials
  • Track client issues and collect data from new sign-ups
  • Train field teams on distribution administration
