About the Role
Support either the HR Operations Support team or the General Affairs Procurement team. Duties include outsourced administrative work, employee data registration, onboarding support, document preparation, invoice and expense processing, SOP maintenance, folder organization, quotation and contract review, pricing data entry, supplier registration, manual maintenance, and purchasing and payment coordination.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of general administrative experience in human resources, general affairs, sales administration, or procurement administration
- Practical PC experience including business email, intermediate Excel skills, and touch-typing speed
- Possession of a disability certificate
Responsibilities
- Register new hire data and provide onboarding-related support
- Prepare documents and process invoices and expense reimbursements
- Handle administrative work outsourced by other departments
- Provide general team support
- Create and update standard operating procedures
- Organize folders and support operations
- Request quotations and obtain quotations or contracts for orders
- Review quotation and contract contents
- Create pricing data and enter it into databases
- Process supplier registration applications
- Create and maintain manuals
- Perform administrative tasks required for ordering and payment, including email and telephone correspondence
- Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers
