About the Role
You will support acquiring operations across LATAM by maintaining partner data, tracking outstanding activities, documenting workflows, and helping identify and implement process improvements and automation.
Requirements
- Be available to start the productive stage
- Be eligible for an apprenticeship contract as a first apprenticeship contract or as part of a training chain
- Be located in Bogotá or surrounding areas
- Have proactive and assertive communication skills
- Have good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain Excel spreadsheets and databases for acquiring-partner processes
- Consolidate, review, and monitor partner information for missing data and inconsistencies
- Follow up with partners and internal teams to complete required information
- Document and structure assigned processes and workflows
- Identify and support improvements and automation for manual activities
