About the Role
You will own the strategy, culture, and execution of bond trading delivery teams. You will shape product roadmaps, prioritize backlogs, align partners, define missions, measure results, mentor analysts, and deliver trading capabilities with quality and stability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in a technology-related field
- 8 years of business analysis, systems analysis, product ownership, or product management experience
- 4 years of product manager or delivery team leader experience
- Investment management experience
- Agile, Jira, and Jira Align experience
- Fixed income trading experience is a plus
- Communication, organization, planning, and presentation skills
- Experience with complex products and solutions
- No immigration sponsorship
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate product roadmaps, missions, and plans
- Prioritize product backlogs and make trade-off decisions
- Align stakeholders and manage partner expectations
- Define and evaluate product and delivery results
- Lead delivery teams and mentor systems analysts
- Collaborate with engineering, program, project, trading, and operations leaders
- Develop product strategy, delivery plans, and support plans
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans
- Derive epics, workflows, stories, and acceptance criteria
- Identify and remove delivery impediments
