About the Role
You will own the Connect roadmap, prioritization, and requirements for partner onboarding, provisioning APIs, controls, usage visibility, and billing. You will work with design partners, engineering, design, partnerships, and finance to ship reusable platform capabilities and shape the commercial model.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management or founder experience building platform, API, or infrastructure products
- Experience shipping partner-delivered multi-tenant products
- Experience taking a product from design partners to general availability
- Strong technical judgment for API surfaces, authentication models, integrations, usage metering, and tenant isolation
- Experience reading API specifications, using SDKs, and reviewing observability and product metrics
Responsibilities
- Own the Connect roadmap, prioritization, and requirements
- Set partner-segment strategy and competitive positioning
- Define activation, engagement, and retention goals
- Work with design partners and unblock integrations
- Work with engineering and design to ship reusable platform capabilities
- Drive platform gaps into the core product
- Shape the commercial model and terms with partnerships and finance
