About the Role
You will design people enablement experiences, resources, and nudges. You will own manager essentials and onboarding, embed AI into enablement work, manage design partners, run experiments, and measure and improve solutions for employees and managers.
Requirements
- Design craft experience across 5Di, performance consulting, design thinking, or related fields
- Experience owning a portfolio of people products in a high-growth environment
- Experience defining excellence for people products
- AI workflow experience

- Design people enablement experiences, resources, and nudges
- Own Manager Essentials and onboarding
- Build AI skills into enablement solutions
- Set methods and quality standards for People Enablement work
- Select, brief, and manage design partners
- Define success measures, run experiments, and iterate solutions
- Design and build global digital onboarding
- Build and scale Manager Essentials
- Prioritise and address a backlog of people enablement solutions
