About the Role
You will lead delivery integrity across the product portfolio, coordinating cross-team and cross-entity programs from planning through launch. You will manage regulatory review and audit-remediation delivery, maintain portfolio capacity and dependency visibility, run execution reviews and blocker escalation, and build the TPM function.
Requirements
- 8+ years of technical program management experience
- 3+ years leading TPM teams or functions
- Experience founding a TPM function
- Delivery leadership in a regulated financial environment
- Experience with examiner deadlines, audit findings, SOX-adjacent controls, or material-weakness remediation
- Technical credibility with platform engineering
- Experience with M&A integration, legal-entity restructuring, or multi-party partner migrations
- Ability to operate through influence across reporting lines
- Writing-first approach using documents and dependency maps
Responsibilities
- Own delivery integrity across the product portfolio
- Execute cross-team and cross-entity programs end to end
- Run regulatory review pipelines and audit-remediation programs
- Maintain portfolio resource, dependency, capacity, and risk visibility
- Run product execution reviews, launch readiness, and blocker escalation
- Build and lead the Technical Program Management function
