About the Role
You will own readiness for terminal and accessory launches from kickoff through merchant availability. You will align product, engineering, supply chain, procurement, partnerships, and commercial stakeholders; manage launch risks and dependencies; coordinate modernization milestones; and maintain program artifacts and roadmaps.
Requirements
- Experience launching complex physical products at scale
- Physical-product launch experience across suppliers, supply chain, and multiple stakeholders
- Functional understanding of POS terminal architecture and Terminal Management Systems or equivalent
- RAID logs
- Program dashboards
- Roadmap management
Responsibilities
- Lead the New Terminal Introduction program and product-launch readiness
- Align cross-functional stakeholders and unblock dependencies
- Identify and resolve technical, compliance, and logistical risks
- Refine the launch process after each rollout
- Coordinate legacy-system deprecation and upgrade milestones
- Build and maintain RAID logs, milestone dashboards, launch blueprints, and roadmaps
