About the Role

You will lead daily operations for a creator ambassador program, translate strategy into delivery, manage schedules, scope, risks, and financial visibility, and communicate with clients. You will oversee application cycles, creator onboarding and campaigns, maintain program data, coordinate compliance work, and mentor program staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 7+ years of experience in influencer or creator marketing, talent partnerships, or client management
  • Senior-level client-facing experience
  • Experience running high-volume operational programs at scale
  • Knowledge of the creator economy
  • Knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Experience with Creator IQ and Airtable
  • Financial and commercial acumen
  • Experience tracking budgets, fees, or program P&L
  • Client-facing communication and reporting skills
  • Program management skills
  • Working knowledge of invoicing and PO systems such as Coupa preferred

Responsibilities

  • Participate in client meetings and contribute performance interpretation and strategic recommendations
  • Support client reporting and Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Manage creator communications, timelines, and asset feedback
  • Escalate major risks, scope issues, and commercial needs
  • Lead daily program operations and resolve operational issues
  • Control scope and manage program risks
  • Track agency fees and program P&L
  • Maintain creator-program infrastructure and data accuracy
  • Manage the application and selection cycle
  • Coordinate creator onboarding, briefs, submissions, approvals, and campaign flow
  • Manage milestones, dependencies, review SLAs, and status reporting
  • Coordinate vetting, contracting, and compliance processes
  • Direct and mentor program staff
