About the Role
You will own technical projects from scoping through launch across trading platforms, execution infrastructure, and quantitative research tooling. You will align engineers, researchers, and traders around plans and milestones, manage dependencies and risks, improve delivery practices, and communicate progress and trade-offs to stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of technical projects from scoping through launch
- Translate goals into plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes
- Manage cross-team dependencies and delivery risks
- Establish and improve planning, prioritization, reporting, and postmortem practices
- Communicate progress, trade-offs, and decisions to technical and business stakeholders
