About the Role
You will hire, mentor, and manage Solutions Engineers while establishing scalable pre-sales processes for solutioning, proofs of concept, and technical validation. You will partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering, guide strategic customers through discovery, solution design, and ROI validation, and support tailored demonstrations, prototypes, and solution architectures.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in pre-sales technical roles such as Solutions Architect or Sales Engineer
- 3+ years of experience managing or leading pre-sales or solutions engineering teams
- Experience working with large enterprise customers and complex buying cycles
- Technical proficiency with enterprise AI deployments, API integrations, and production system architectures
- Ability to engage executives, business stakeholders, and technical teams
- Experience building scalable teams and processes
- Consultative skills and executive presence
Responsibilities
- Hire, mentor, and manage Solutions Engineers
- Establish best practices for pre-sales solutioning, proofs of concept, and technical validation
- Partner with Sales leadership on go-to-market strategies and technical execution
- Guide strategic enterprise prospects and customers through discovery, solution design, and ROI validation
- Ensure delivery of tailored demonstrations, prototypes, and solution architectures
- Bring customer insights to Product and Engineering roadmap priorities
- Represent the role in customer meetings, workshops, and industry events
- Define scalable processes and assets for team efficiency and repeatability
