About the Role
You will own revenue-model analysis and build standardized reporting workflows, frameworks, dashboards, and KPIs. You will analyze revenue performance, commissions, industry trends, and growth opportunities; present reports to leadership; improve automation; and help mature business-intelligence systems.
Requirements
- 7+ years of revenue-cycle-management experience
- Revenue reporting experience from invoicing through collections, payments, and allocation
- Ability to synthesize large datasets into business insights and KPIs
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with OneStream, Power BI, or Sigma
- SQL experience preferred
- Revenue-analysis skills
- SQL and Python skills
- Experience with Salesforce and ERP accounting systems
- Process-improvement skills
- MBA preferred
Responsibilities
- Build monthly revenue-reporting workflows
- Compile data, allocate revenue, and calculate commissions
- Improve reporting standardization, automation, and scalability
- Develop reporting frameworks and templates
- Prepare and present annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue reports
- Report on industry trends and budget performance
- Establish and maintain revenue dashboards
- Perform deep-dive revenue analytics
- Develop data-based revenue-improvement strategies
- Advise on revenue optimization for service lines, acquisitions, and market entry
- Partner on business-intelligence systems and processes
- Write queries to clean, organize, and process accounting and transaction datasets
- Build predictive models to forecast company performance
