About the Role
You will prepare and submit regulatory returns, assist with UK, Swedish, and group Solvency II reporting, and prepare SFCR and RSR submissions. You will conduct reconciliations and analytical reviews, maintain reporting timetables, improve reporting systems and data flows, and respond to regulatory-reporting queries.
Requirements
- Hold a recognized accounting qualification such as ACA or ACCA
- Have two to three years of post-qualification experience in insurance or reinsurance
- Have regulatory-reporting experience in insurance or reinsurance
- Know Solvency II reporting requirements
- Use advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
- Apply analytical and reconciliation skills
Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit regulatory returns to relevant authorities
- Assist with Solvency II returns for UK, Swedish, and international group entities
- Prepare and submit SFCR and RSR reports
- Conduct reconciliations, validation checks, movement analysis, and analytical reviews
- Generate management information and regulatory-reporting analyses
- Maintain the regulatory-reporting timetable and coordinate inputs, reviews, and approvals
- Develop and enhance regulatory-reporting systems and data flows
- Respond to internal and external regulatory-reporting queries
- Support engagement with regulators, advisers, and auditors
