About the Role

You will manage end-to-end accounts payable activities, support month-end and year-end closings, reconcile accounts, process invoices, and communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders. You will improve and automate AP processes, contribute to cross-functional projects, prepare analyses and reporting, and support related accounting topics.

Requirements

• Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, ACA, Bilanzbuchhalter, Steuerberater, or equivalent
• At least 3 years of progressive accounting experience in a multi-entity high-growth SaaS or technology environment
• Knowledge of local accounting regulations and EMEA VAT
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Fluency in English
• Familiarity with Workday Financials
• Experience with automation platforms such as FloQast or BlackLine and generative AI tools

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounts payable activities for month-end and year-end closings
• Reconcile general ledger and sub-ledger accounts, including supplier accruals
• Process supplier invoices and reconcile open items
• Manage communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Automate and optimize accounts payable processes
• Represent Accounts Payable on cross-functional projects
• Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and reporting
• Serve as a contact for internal stakeholders, tax consultants, and external auditors
• Support payroll and fixed-asset accounting when needed
• Handle ad-hoc requests and tasks
