About the Role
Lead product management for TBCASoft’s blockchain-based payments platforms, from roadmap definition and requirements through backlog prioritization, product ownership, and software development lifecycle execution.
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on product management experience
- 2–3 years as a software engineer preferred
- Product management experience in fintech payments
- Experience with blockchain technology and payments domain knowledge
- Experience in at least two payment areas, including mobile QR payments, acquiring or merchant services, issuing or user services, or core banking services
- Experience with software engineering in platform, backend, or full-stack areas
- Experience with payment processing system architecture, design, and implementation
- Experience processing large-scale structured and unstructured data
- Experience with modern web frameworks and REST APIs
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Master’s degree in Computer Science and/or MBA
- Fluency in English
- Strong strategy, execution, operational, communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Define the global platform roadmap
- Distill the roadmap into product requirements
- Prioritize the product backlog
- Provide product vision to scrum teams
- Execute the roadmap with business and engineering milestones
- Communicate strategies and trade-offs to senior leaders and development teams
- Align expectations with engineering, architecture, partners, and professional services teams throughout the software development lifecycle
