About the Role
You will act as a strategic partner to senior People leadership, translating organizational strategy into scalable people systems, programs, and initiatives. You will manage key People initiatives, align stakeholders, report insights from People data, improve the employee lifecycle through operational excellence and automation, and lead a team of People Operations Specialists against measurable goals and service-level agreements.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in a People Operations role.
- Expertise analyzing large, complex datasets and translating insights for executive leadership.
- Experience managing, designing, and architecting systems, workflows, and processes.
- Business acumen in designing, leading, and driving People programs, policies, and processes end to end.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and remove barriers to deliver People Operations initiatives.
- Experience leading and developing support specialists, coordinators, or generalists through coaching and feedback.
Responsibilities
- Manage key initiatives from the People strategy, align partner teams and stakeholders, provide updates to senior leadership, and drive execution against deadlines.
- Gather, analyze, and synthesize People data to produce department reports and presentations with insights that support business decisions.
- Design, implement, and continuously optimize the employee lifecycle, ensuring operational excellence and appropriate automation.
- Lead and develop People Operations Specialists to deliver day-to-day operations against measurable goals and service-level agreements.
