About the Role

You will manage recurring compensation processes, employee data changes, and benefits administration. You will maintain accurate HRIS, payroll, and benefits records through audits and data cleansing. You will support benefits enrollment, reconciliation, and vendor coordination, while creating SOPs and documentation for repeatable, auditable workflows.

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years in an operational, administrative, or people-focused role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with data management platforms and ability to learn new tools and systems quickly.
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues and improve workflows proactively.
  • Ability to build effective, scalable, and easy-to-follow processes.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to partner cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

  • Manage recurring compensation update processes, including internal mobility changes, performance-cycle updates, bonus and equity issuance preparation, and ad-hoc bonus payouts.
  • Process compensation changes accurately and on time across systems.
  • Manage end-to-end employee data changes in the HRIS and connected systems.
  • Maintain data integrity through audits, cleansing, and proactive error identification across HRIS, payroll, and benefits systems.
  • Support benefits administration, enrollment accuracy, employee questions, and discrepancy resolution.
  • Partner on benefits reconciliation and vendor coordination.
  • Create and maintain SOPs and process documentation for recurring responsibilities.
