About the Role

You will collect, organize, clean, and maintain HR data from internal systems, performance platforms, and engagement surveys. You will prepare recurring dashboards, reports, and scorecards for workforce metrics, analyze trends, and present actionable findings. You will also support employee surveys, research people-analytics practices and HR trends, respond to ad hoc data requests, protect data integrity, and document reporting processes and standards.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• Analytical and critical-thinking skills with an interest in HR and organizational behavior
• Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Data Studio or Tableau and spreadsheets, including Google Sheets, pivot tables, and basic formulas, is an advantage
• Basic understanding of HR functions and the employee lifecycle is a plus
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work with large data sets
• Willingness to work onsite for the duration of the internship

Responsibilities

• Gather, clean, and maintain HR data from internal systems, performance platforms, and engagement surveys
• Prepare recurring HR dashboards, reports, and scorecards for headcount, attrition, tenure, and engagement metrics
• Analyze workforce-data trends and present clear, actionable findings
• Research people analytics best practices, benchmarks, and emerging HR trends
• Support the administration and analysis of employee surveys and pulse checks
• Collaborate on ad hoc data requests and special projects
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of HR records and platforms
• Document data processes, definitions, and reporting standards
