About the Role

You will own the operations standards, vendor data requirements, acceptance criteria, and document governance used across the site portfolio. You will define KPI and CMMS governance, audit operational program data, align turnover requirements with delivery standards, codify transition processes, and report program performance to operations leadership.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in critical facilities operations, operations programs, or asset management
  • Experience owning procedure and document governance and CMMS program standards at a portfolio or multi-site level
  • Experience on the owner side of an outsourced facilities-management relationship preferred
  • Experience building standards, templates, and acceptance processes
  • Document control, audit, and standards-writing capability
  • Executive-quality written reporting

Responsibilities

  • Own the operations vendor data requirements standard and submittals program
  • Define and maintain the portfolio KPI framework and evidence standards
  • Own owner-side CMMS and document-management governance
  • Align operations vendor data requirements with delivery turnover documentation
  • Audit CMMS data, preventive-maintenance trends, and reporting integrity across sites
  • Standardize the operating model across the portfolio
  • Codify the operations transition playbook
  • Publish operations program and standards performance reports
