About the Role
You will support the daily operations of investment funds and help build scalable processes. You will review fund financials and NAVs, coordinate with administrators, auditors, tax providers, custodians, and other service providers, resolve discrepancies, and support workflows involving tokenized fund interests, digital assets, and stablecoins.
Requirements
- Approximately 2–5 years of experience in fund operations, fund accounting, asset management, fund administration, audit, or a related financial-services role
- Experience reviewing private fund financial statements, NAVs, capital activity, or fund accounting records
- Understanding of investment fund accounting concepts including NAV, subscriptions, redemptions, management fees, expenses, accruals, and cash reconciliation
- Excel skills
- Ability to investigate discrepancies independently
Responsibilities
- Review fund financials, NAV calculations, and supporting reports
- Review subscriptions, redemptions, investment activity, cash movements, expenses, management fees, and accruals
- Assist with cash and liquidity management
- Identify and resolve NAV, accounting, reconciliation, and operational discrepancies
- Coordinate with fund administrators on accounting and financial reporting
- Support annual fund audits and respond to auditor requests
- Coordinate annual tax filings and investor tax reporting
- Review audited financial statements and periodic fund reports
- Maintain records for expenses, invoices, accruals, and financial activity
- Serve as an operational contact for third-party service providers
- Track, escalate, and resolve operational items
- Support workflows involving digital assets, stablecoins, subscriptions, and redemptions
