About the Role
You will serve as the first point of contact for customers and agents. You will reconcile daily premium-point transactions, support liquidity deposits and withdrawals, record cash transactions, request rebalancing funds, and escalate discrepancies and counterfeit bills.
Requirements
- 2+ years of cashier experience in cash management, reconciliation, liquidity management, cash handling, or delivery
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent
- French proficiency
- Front-office customer service or banking-sector experience
Responsibilities
- Support agents with liquidity deposits and withdrawals
- Support customer and agent account, product, app, and card needs
- Reconcile premium points daily
- Record cash-management transactions in the treasury system
- Request sufficient funds for agent and client rebalancing
- Report discrepancies and challenges to the Premium Cash Officer
- Notify leadership of counterfeit bills
