About the Role

You will manage corporate actions from notification through closure across wrap-platform investments. You will work with custodians and fund managers, allocate events, reconcile and pay income, resolve issues, maintain event records, monitor reports, audit postings, and respond to client queries.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and allocate corporate actions accurately and on time
  • Reconcile and pay client income within required timeframes
  • Manage corporate-action lifecycles and resolve issues
  • Process fund closures, mergers, and share-class conversions
  • Maintain an event diary
  • Resolve cash and asset reconciliation breaks
  • Manage operational risk with Business Risk Champions and Senior Officers
  • Review and improve operational processes
  • Reduce outstanding client queries and issues
  • Monitor HMRC ISA reports and audit daily postings
